This is usually a 1 to 5 day service, however we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day for next working day delivery. During busy periods we cannot guarantee to always achieve this. Goods are not dispatched or delivered on Saturdays or bank holidays as we usually close for business during this time.
Delivery Prices
Unlike other online stores, we don't tell you that shipping is free and then include its cost hidden within the product price! We just make sure it's always as low as possible and shown as clearly as possible at all times. Our online ordering system will work out the weight of your order and apply the correct delivery cost, depending on the weight you will be offered one or more delivery options along with the relevant costs. Please contact us to quote for delivery overseas. Timed deliveries can be organised and special AM services, however additional delivery charges will apply. Please call us for a quotation.
Returns & Refunds
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
You may return your purchase to Security E Market for a refund by obtaining a Customer Return Authorization (CRA) number within 7 days of the delivery date. To obtain a CRA please e-mail your invoice or order number and reason for return to Sales@securityemarket.co.uk . Alternatively you may contact our customer service department on 01900 870941
Please note returns are subject to the following conditions:
1. You must have received a CRA number from our customer service department.
2. The product must be in “as-new” condition, with either original or suitable packaging and with all manuals and accessories.
3. You will receive a refund minus our outgoing delivery costs.
Goods shall be returned to The Security E Market. ANY POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS INCURRED ON RETURNED ITEMS ARE FOR THE BUYERS ACCOUNT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
Replacements
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please contact Shop@securityemarket.co.uk or contact us on 01900 870941 if you feel your purchase is faulty.
